Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking users via phone, email, and chat concerning fitness technology questions.
• Resolve customer inquiries, address challenges, and help customers optimize their use of fitness applications and devices.
• Document customer interactions accurately, maintaining detailed records to improve service quality.
• Collaborate with team members to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Keep abreast of product information, industry advancements, and best practices in fitness technology.
• Conduct training for customers on how to maximize their use of fitness technology products.

• Fluency in Spanish and a good command of English.
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar field, preferably within the technology or fitness sectors.
• Strong passion for fitness and familiarity with fitness technologies, devices, and applications.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while contributing to team goals.
