Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support to French-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries about transportation services, bookings, and changes to itineraries.
• Efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues to enhance satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and effective resolution of customer inquiries.
• Stay updated on transportation services and industry trends to provide informed assistance.

• Fluency in French and English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
• Experience in customer support, preferably within the transportation or travel industry.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in standard office applications.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
