Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries about telecommunications services, billing questions, and technical support.
• Effectively troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely solutions to ensure satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective follow-up and record-keeping.
• Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
• Stay informed about the latest products, services, and promotions offered by the company.

• Fluency in German and English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the telecommunications or technology sector.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
