Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and share insights.
• Document all client interactions accurately in our CRM system to ensure effective follow-up.
• Guide clients through our services and help them during the onboarding process.
• Identify clients’ needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experiences.
• Participate in training sessions to stay informed about our products and best practices in customer support.

• Fluency in Italian and English is essential.
• Prior experience in customer support or a client-facing role is highly preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus.
• A proactive mindset and a genuine desire to assist clients are crucial for success in this role.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
