Portuguese Speaking Customer Care Specialist - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, in Portuguese.
• Assist customers with account inquiries, technical support, and product-related questions.
• Demonstrate excellent listening and communication skills to understand and resolve customer issues.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends and potential service improvements.
• Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance service delivery skills.

• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) and a good command of English.
• Prior experience in customer service roles is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to different customer needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other customer support technologies.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
