Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality technical assistance to German-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of IT-related inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Assist clients in effectively utilizing our products and services to maximize their experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records in the support management system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues when necessary.
- Educate clients on product updates, new features, and best practices to enhance engagement.
- Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Fluency in German and proficiency in English are essential.
- Previous experience in IT support or customer service roles is highly preferred.
