You will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to German-speaking clients, helping them navigate and resolve their IT challenges while ensuring a top-notch customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality technical assistance to German-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of IT-related inquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Assist clients in effectively utilizing our products and services to maximize their experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records in the support management system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues when necessary.
• Educate clients on product updates, new features, and best practices to enhance engagement.
• Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

• Fluency in German and proficiency in English are essential.
• Previous experience in IT support or customer service roles is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for effective troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills with a keen focus on customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with IT systems, applications, and helpdesk tools is advantageous.
