Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is excited to announce an opening for an Italian speaking Technical Support Customer Representative to join our client’s remote team in Greece. In this position, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality technical support to Italian-speaking customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with their technical inquiries and issues, ensuring a seamless experience while fostering strong customer relationships. Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive technical support to Italian-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot customer issues, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Document and track interactions and solutions in the company's CRM software to maintain accurate records.
  • Work closely with internal teams to escalate complex issues for further investigation as necessary.
  • Educate customers on product features and provide resources to enhance their experience and usage.
  • Contribute to updating knowledge bases, FAQs, and other documentation to improve support efficiency.
  • Engage in ongoing training and development to stay informed about new products and updates.
  • Fluent in Italian and English, with superior communication skills for effective customer engagement.
  • Experience in technical support, customer service, or a related field, ideally in a remote setting.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to assist non-technical customers.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Capability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic technical troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, which may include evenings and weekends, as required.
