Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer support to French-speaking clients regarding transportation services.
  • Assist customers by addressing inquiries about bookings, schedules, fares, and service policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and in a timely manner.
  • Document customer interactions and provide insights for improving service delivery.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service and support.
  • Stay updated on transportation service offerings and updates to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Suggest enhancements based on customer feedback to improve overall service quality.
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in customer service, particularly in the transportation, travel, or logistics sectors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to manage challenging situations and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Familiarity with customer support systems and software is an asset.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a talent for multitasking under pressure.
