Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical support to Slovak-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
• Accurately document all support interactions and solutions in the ticketing system.
• Assist clients with software installations, configurations, and updates.
• Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
• Educate clients on product features and best practices to enhance user experience.

• Fluency in Slovak and a strong command of English.
• Relevant experience in IT support or a technical role is preferred.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while being part of a team.
• Familiarity with operating systems, software applications, and remote support tools.
• Experience in technology-related sectors such as e-commerce or telecommunications is a plus.
