Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Slovak-speaking customers, managing inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Engage with customers through different channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to assist customers accurately.
• Effectively resolve customer issues and concerns to enhance overall satisfaction and foster loyalty.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share customer feedback and contribute to ongoing service improvements.
• Ensure follow-up communication with customers to guarantee ongoing satisfaction and gather additional insights.
• Analyze customer interactions and prepare reports to identify trends and opportunities for service enhancement.

• Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Familiarity with customer service software and tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• A genuine interest in online media and an understanding of industry trends.
