You will be the first point of contact for our diverse clientele who trust our services to bring their creative visions to life. By speaking fluent French, you will help bridge communication gaps and ensure that our international clients feel valued and understood. Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to French-speaking online content creators
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and technical issues in a timely manner
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring they can effectively use our services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and challenges
  • Collaborate with the content creators to help them optimize their online presence
  • Gather feedback and insights from clients to continuously improve our services
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
  • Fluent in French (written and spoken) and comfortable communicating in English
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field, preferably in the online content or consumer services industry
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Familiarity with online platforms and social media is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for online content creation and an understanding of content creator challenges
