Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support through live chat, email, and phone channels.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding gaming operations, promotions, and account management.
  • Troubleshoot and effectively resolve technical issues encountered by customers during their online gaming experience.
  • Educate customers about gaming products and services to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with registration, verification, and financial transactions such as deposits and withdrawals.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to help drive service improvements.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all platforms.
  • Fluency in Portuguese, both written and spoken, is mandatory; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the iGaming or related industries.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Able to navigate a fast-paced and high-pressure work environment while maintaining composure.
