Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support in Dutch via phone, email, and chat for transportation services.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding bookings, cancellations, and service changes.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of transportation services and company policies to assist customers accurately.
  • Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to coordinate service resolutions and improve processes.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system to enhance service quality.
  • Contribute to team objectives by sharing insights and feedback based on customer interactions.
  • Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the transportation or consumer services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexible with work hours, including the potential for evenings and weekends as needed.
