Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored client service support to Greek-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Manage client inquiries effectively, ensuring timely and accurate responses to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Gather and document client feedback, issues, and inquiries in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall service delivery.
  • Participate in creating guidelines, FAQs, and self-service resources to empower clients and streamline operations.
  • Identify and report trends in client inquiries to help improve products and service processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with company offerings and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support to clients.
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken, is required.
  • Experience in client service, customer support, or related fields is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for building professional relationships.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools is desirable.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative team player with a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
