Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking customers via email, chat, and phone.
• Assist customers with inquiries about products, orders, and returns.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve service quality.
• Stay updated on product offerings and promotions to provide knowledgeable assistance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.

• Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce or online retail environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and online communication tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Able to work independently in a remote setting, managing time effectively across multiple inquiries.
