Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking customers via various channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, and product information, ensuring effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and promptly.
• Stay informed about the latest products, upgrades, and promotions to provide accurate information to clients.
• Establish strong relationships with customers, fostering a positive and loyal customer base.

• Fluency in Portuguese and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in electronics or technology is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly disposition.
• Technical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and support electronic products.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while effectively managing time and priorities.
