Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service to French-speaking clients regarding various electronic products and services.
• Assist customers with inquiries, technical support, and troubleshooting, providing effective solutions.
• Document all interactions with customers accurately in the CRM system for record-keeping and follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex customer issues and ensure timely resolutions.
• Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and market trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and enhance their experience.

• Fluency in French and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the electronics sector is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and support.
• Technical knowledge or a keen interest in electronics is advantageous.
• Proficient in CRM systems and basic computer applications.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing multiple tasks.
