Responsibilities

• Provide personalized and exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clientele through various remote communication channels.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding and fulfilling their unique needs and preferences.
• Assist clients with inquiries regarding products, ensuring that you provide thorough and knowledgeable responses about the brand's offerings.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and luxury market trends to enhance customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and create a supportive and engaging online shopping environment.
• Handle customer feedback and concerns professionally, focusing on delivering high levels of satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to further develop product knowledge and excellence in customer service.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in luxury retail or high-level customer service is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, emphasizing outstanding customer care.
• A genuine passion for luxury products and a clear understanding of luxury consumer behavior.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining productivity and professionalism.
