We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Associate Business Development Representative to join our team in Red Bank, NJ. As an Associate Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and supporting our sales team.

Note: Candidate must be local to the area and ready to start immediately. 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Support the sales team in achieving targets and objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
