Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Enablement Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing user accounts, maintaining CRM systems, ensuring data integrity, and implementing standard operating procedures. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with Kaseya’s MSP Enablement customers. The Enablement Operations Manager will also assist with event production and operational projects, working closely with cross-departmental teams to ensure efficient resolution of issues.
· Provision and deprovision user accounts across multiple platforms.
· Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
· Ensure data integrity across all operational platforms.
· Implement, document, and execute upon standard operating procedures.
· Monitor system performance and escalate technical issues when necessary.
· Interact professionally with Kaseya’s MSP Enablement customers needing support with setup and access, working closely with the technical support team to ensure quick and efficient resolution of issues.
· Communicate effectively with cross-departmental team members regarding problems and solutions.
· Adopt and utilize the systems and technology that are required to run programs delivered by the MSP Enablement team.
· Assist with operational projects as needed.
· Assist with event production by attending in-person and virtual peer quarterly events as needed.
· Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
· Strong understanding of CRM systems and data management.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Experience with event production and project management is a plus.
