Order to Cash Billing Manager

The Order to Cash Billing Manager will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day billing operations and enhancing internal and external reporting to achieve superior standards of excellence. This individual will ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in all billing processes, directly contributing to the financial health and operational excellence of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a billing operations team, providing guidance, mentoring, and development opportunities to ensure a high-performing and motivated team.
• Co-lead the day-to-day billing operations, ensuring timely and accurate response to customers related to all back-office issues, including processing complex orders, addressing customer contract add-ons, amendments, and extensions.
• Develop and execute strategies to optimize billing processes and enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with other senior leaders across Collections, Sales Operations, Finance, Accounting, and IT to align business operations with company goals and objectives and troubleshoot complex billing issues.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), billing accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
• Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in billing operations, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in billing software and financial systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work across global time zones on occasion.
