What we're looking for:
 
We’re seeking a Senior Designer with a refined eye for visual storytelling and deep expertise in mainstage keynote design and event branding. This role is ideal for someone who can bring complex concepts to life through high-impact visuals and animated presentations that feel more cinematic than corporate. These are not your average decks—they’re meticulously crafted to engage, inform, and impress.

You’ll collaborate directly with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to develop presentation experiences for C-level keynotes, product launches, and high-profile conferences.

You’ll also play a key role in designing branding systems for large-scale events—from on-site signage to stage visuals and motion assets—ensuring a cohesive, elevated visual experience across every touchpoint.

 
Key Responsibilities:

• Presentation Design & Animation: Lead the creation of sophisticated, animated mainstage keynotes that support major executive and company-wide communications.

• Event Branding: Concept and design visual systems for conferences and large-scale events, including signage, stage graphics, digital screens, and supporting collateral.

• Strategic Storytelling: Simplify complex technical or business information into clear, compelling visual narratives that align with Kaseya’s brand voice.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work directly with executives, marketing, product, and events teams to align on messaging and deliver polished design solutions.

• Brand Stewardship: Maintain and elevate Kaseya’s visual identity across all formats and experiences, ensuring consistency and excellence.

• Project Management: Lead multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Mentorship: Support and guide junior designers, helping elevate overall team output and creative thinking.

 
Key Qualifications:
 
• 5+ years of design experience with a strong focus on presentation design, event branding, and visual storytelling.

• A portfolio that includes mainstage keynote work, motion-rich presentations, and conference/event branding.

• Mastery of design principles, layout, animation, and storytelling.

• Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, Apple Keynote, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects a plus).

• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and presenting creative concepts with clarity and confidence.

• A strategic mindset with a high attention to detail and a passion for translating ideas into impactful visuals.
