Sr Manager, Global Events

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Event Manager to join our team. Reporting to the VP of Global Events, the Sr Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive planning and execution of Kaseya's global conferences and events. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale events, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering exceptional attendee experiences that align with our brand objectives.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Event Planning and Execution: Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of global conferences, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and seamless integration of event strategies.  

• Team Coordination: Manage cross-functional teams and external vendors, overseeing event logistics, content development, and on-site operations to ensure high-quality delivery.  

• Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising event quality.  

• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison for executive stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights into event performance metrics.  

• Process Improvement: Implement scalable event processes and standards, driving efficiency and reducing operational bottlenecks to enhance attendee satisfaction.  

• Post-Event Analysis: Conduct detailed post-event evaluations, measuring success against objectives and applying learnings to future events.  

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.  

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management, with a focus on large-scale conferences.  

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.  

• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing vendor relationships.  

• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail.  

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.  

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.  

• Experience with SharePoint, Excel, Wrike, Canva, Instapage, Cvent, Asana, and Smartsheet's is desired.
