Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors, L.P is currently seeking a proactive and professional individual to fill our temporary Investor Operations Associate position. The job will include, but is not limited to, all the Duties, Responsibilities, and Key Requirements listed below:

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with fundraising due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) and RFPs responses for clients
• Monitor and maintain content in Responsive for DDQ questionnaires
• Participates in projects and special assignments, as requested on a periodic basis.
• The candidate will also help with client onboarding responsibilities.

• B.S. or B.A. in a Business Administration or related studies preferred but not required
• Minimum of 0 - 2 years in an operational environment
• Ability to handle confidential material with utmost discretion
• Ability to work independently and reliable with strong work ethics
• Self-motivated, proactive, eager to learn and works well under pressure
• Highly organized, detailed oriented with positive attitude
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Thorough understanding of MS Office applications
• Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
• Knowledge of DDQ software Responsive is a plus
• Compensation: $40/hour while in a temporary role
