Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented CRM / Email Marketing Specialist to execute and support lifecycle marketing initiatives for one of our client accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and deploying email campaigns, maintaining calendars, and assisting with touchpoints that enhance customer engagement and retention. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to driving measurable impact in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

• Build, edit, and deploy email campaigns using ESP tools, ensuring alignment with brand voice and email performance best practices.
• Coordinate efforts with the Lifecycle/Email Marketing Manager providing independent support, daily task management, and campaign optimizations.
• Support the setup and optimization of lifecycle email flows, driving revenue and engagement.
• Manage tasks and timelines using tools like Asana, ensuring projects stay organized and meet deadlines.
• Conduct A/B tests, monitor results, and provide actionable insights to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
• Maintain an email calendar for promotional campaigns, seasonal initiatives, and ongoing tests, ensuring alignment with client goals.
• Perform thorough quality assurance on all email campaigns, ensuring functionality and accuracy across devices and platforms.
• Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and provide recommendations for improving future campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to support campaigns and lifecycle initiatives.
