Microsoft Solutions Trainer & Support Specialist #1508

Our client, a prestigious Law Firm, is seeking an experienced IT professional who combines strong desktop support capabilities with proven training expertise for their Paris office. This role bridges hands-on technical support with the ability to educate and empower users across all levels of the organization.

Primary Responsibilities

Training & Development

  • Design and deliver training programs for Microsoft Office applications and firm-specific software
  • Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions through various formats (in-person, virtual, workshops)
  • Create and maintain training documentation and user guides
  • Analyze user needs and develop targeted learning solutions
  • Collaborate with global training team to maintain consistent standards

Technical Support

  • Provide comprehensive desktop support for Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end users
  • Manage and maintain user workstations and related peripherals
  • Support document management systems and communication technologies
  • Implement technical solutions while ensuring knowledge transfer to end users

Responsabilités principales

Formation & Développement

  • Concevoir et dispenser des programmes de formation pour les applications Microsoft Office et les logiciels spécifiques de l'entreprise
  • Animer des sessions de formation individuelles et de groupe sous divers formats (en personne, virtuel, ateliers)
  • Créer et maintenir la documentation de formation et les guides d'utilisation
  • Analyser les besoins des utilisateurs et développer des solutions d'apprentissage ciblées
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe de formation mondiale pour maintenir des normes cohérentes

Support technique

  • Fournir un support de bureau complet pour Microsoft Windows 10 et la suite Microsoft Office
  • Dépanner et résoudre les problèmes matériels et logiciels pour les utilisateurs finaux
  • Gérer et entretenir les postes de travail des utilisateurs et les périphériques associés
  • Supporter les systèmes de gestion de documents et les technologies de communication
  • Mettre en œuvre des solutions techniques tout en assurant le transfert de connaissances aux utilisateurs finaux
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in desktop support with focus on Microsoft technologies
  • Demonstrated history of conducting technical training in a corporate environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience supporting Windows 10 environment
  • Native French speaker with fluent English capabilities
  • Strong track record of user support in a professional services environment

Technical Expertise

  • Advanced troubleshooting skills for Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency in Windows 10 administration and support
  • Experience with document management systems
  • Knowledge of remote support tools and technologies
  • Understanding of IT security best practices

Advantageous Qualifications

  • Microsoft certifications (MCP, MCSE, or equivalent)
  • Training certifications (CTT+, MCT)
  • Additional European language capabilities
  • Experience in legal or professional services sector
  • Knowledge of e-learning platforms and development
