Drive efficiency and excellence in our warehouse operations! We’re seeking a hands-on Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our team, streamline logistics, and ensure seamless receiving, organization, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff while fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.
• Logistics & Inventory Management: Oversee receiving, labeling, storage, and staging of hardware, doors, and materials.
• Shipping & Delivery: Coordinate shipments, select cost-effective carriers, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Process Optimization: Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance productivity.
• Warehouse & Fleet Maintenance: Maintain a safe, organized facility and oversee company vehicle upkeep.

• 3+ years in a fast-paced warehouse environment, 2+ years in management.
• Strong logistics, inventory, and team leadership experience.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and warehouse software.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs (team lift).
• Valid driver’s license.

Salary: $75,000-$80,000

Hours: Standard business hours are 630am-330pm
