Client Service Associate

We are seeking a dedicated Client Service Associate to join our dynamic team, contributing to our commitment to exceptional customer service. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, responsible for understanding their needs and ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing superior support to our customers. As a Client Service Associate, you will collaborate with various departments to deliver seamless service, manage inquiries, and maintain client satisfaction at all levels. You will be responsible for guiding clients through our services and products, offering tailored solutions that meet their requirements. The position requires a proactive approach, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset. You will also be tasked with documenting client interactions and feedback, contributing to process improvements and overall client service excellence. Responsibilities

·         Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues

·         Respond to client requests in a timely and professional manner

·         Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

·         Identify client needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when necessary

·         Assist in onboarding new clients by providing information and resources

·         Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues

·         Track and analyze client feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
