Regional Care Partner - Tampa, FL

The Regional Care Partner (RCP) leads the field-based coordination of Assure Patient Specialist (APS)

training, certification, and fitting activities in support of the sales organization. The RCP will serve as the

point of contact and provide performance management of their assigned Assure Patient Specialist (APS)

team. They will act as a field technical resource to provide effective and efficient service of our patient

fittings. RCP’s will be responsible for developing key fitter relationships and serve as primary contact for

the Sales team for APS related questions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Oversee the fitter certification process and quality of our patient care in the field
  • Coordinate and report out to the Regional Care Manager on activities to align and streamlined
  • certification process and fitter readiness as the regional demand for service grows
  • Assess forecasting of cases and inventory needs for the APS team
  • Collaborate with the Training Department on field-based content requests and deliverables
  • Utilize metrics for continuous improvement on service and the fit and train processes
  • Manage and document in Salesforce our multi-step fitter certification process
  • Monitor and report on profit and loss costs for dispatching and fitter activities for Kestra Team
  • Members, fitters, and other local agencies used for fittings
  • Work with operations and IT to drive improvements to our A-Z software platform from a fitter
  • and dispatching perspective
  • Partner with legal and regulatory departments regarding contracting and training processes
  • Partner with headquarters for new fitters on completed contracts and other paperwork
  • requirements
  • Lead the qualification and interview process for contracted fitters
  • Assist with escalated inventory requests and tracking for contracted fitters and agencies
  • Manage communication, agendas, and logistics support for field-based training events to the
  • fitting teams

    • Information regarding a patient of this company shall not be released to any source outside of this company without the signed permission of the patient. Furthermore, information will only be released internally on a need-to-know basis. All Team Members will not discuss patient cases outside the office or with anyone not employed by this company unless they are directly involved with the patient’s case.

Education/Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of related education and experience
  • 3+ years clinical background with direct patient experience which may include but is not limited to
  • nurses, respiratory therapists, catheterization lab technicians, physician assistants, ECG technicians,
  • or paramedics
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills with a clear and simple communication style
  • Strong interpersonal skills with communicating and assisting clinicians with providing care for patients
  • Basic understanding of field-based training processes
  • Highly organized, service and detail orientated
  • Keen understanding of commercial sales environment and service-level expectations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Enjoys taking complex processes and breaking them down into simple and repeatable processes
  • Ability to analyze data that will drive continuous improvement efforts for service expectations
  • Interest and desire for life-long learning to continuously improve over time

  • Must be able to achieve credentialing for hospital system entry including, but not limited to:
  • Documentation of vaccination and immunization status
    • Pass background check
    • Pass drug screening testing
    • Review and agree to hospital policies and procedures
    • Completion of online courses, i.e., HIPAA, Bloodborne Pathogens and Electrical/Fire Safety

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Exercise Physiology, Biomedical Engineering, or Nursing
  • Experience working in sales, or a sales support role
  • Experience in Cardiovascular Information Systems
  • Experience in clinical training, such as AHA, ACLS, PALS, 12-Lead, or ETCO2
  • WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • Variable conditions during travel
  • Minimal noise volume typical to an office or hospital environment
  • Possible environmental exposure to infectious disease (hospital and clinic settings)
  • Occasional fitting support in the evenings and weekends where our service demands are not being met with the current APS team, vacancies, or covering for team member PTO

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Salary: Annualized at $79,000 - $111,000 plus bonus. Depending on experience and location.
