About the Role

In the fast-evolving world of digital marketing, precision in data analytics is not just useful-it’s essential. We are on the lookout for a Digital Analyst who can dive deep into data and use it to guide our marketing and product strategies. 

You’ll get the exciting chance to set up our digital analytics operations from scratch. This is your playground to innovate, impact, and guide our journey forward significantly. Ready to leave a big footprint in an international growing company?  

  • Deliver Insights: Provide both regular and ad-hoc analysis on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and channels to our marketing teams  
  • Manage Analytics Tools: Oversee our app analytics platform (Adjust) and web analytics tools (Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager), ensuring accurate tracking and comprehensive data collection. 
  • Guide the marketing team in campaign tagging and testing new technologies for deeper insights, such as hotspot analysis and path analysis and assist marketing and CRM with high-quality behavioral data to refine targeting strategies. 
  • Foster Innovation: Champion a culture of experimentation and test/learn methodologies within product development and marketing. 
  • Enable Marketing Analytics: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that we collect the right data, attribute it to the right marketing channels and we have a comprehensive view of campaigns across all marketing campaigns, including paid marketing and Social Media
  • Ensure Compliance: Implement appropriate privacy and consent systems for data collection. 
  • Product Insights: Deliver valuable insights into product usage and behavior to help the product teams make informed decisions and drive revenue. 
  • Proactive Improvements: Identify opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of our site and apps, contributing to revenue growth. 
  • Lead Analyst Teams: Provide leadership and support to our distributed team of marketing/product analysts across various locations. 
  • Data & Technology Collaboration: Partner with the broader data and technology team to integrate behavioral data into core business reporting systems and customer datasets. 
  • Lead the charge in experimenting with new methodologies for site/service development. 

In 6 months, you’ll:

  • Have developed a comprehensive understanding of our digital landscape.
  • Identified key areas for optimizing campaigns and supported implementations.
  • Created a dashboard for tracking real-time performance metrics.
  • Established yourself as a trusted advisor in data-driven decision making.

 

  • +3 years experience in digital analytics or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
  • Strong experience with MMPs such as Adjust, Kochava, or AppsFlyer. 
  • Ability to obtain meaningful insights from data. 
  • Strong command over SQL, Python, and API usage. 
  • Effective communication and the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization. 
  • Good understanding of digital data compliance and privacy requirements

 

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with Google Ad Platform, Salesforce, or similar tools. 
  • Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and Product Analytics Tools like Heap or Mixpanel. 
  • Experience with platforms like Microsoft Azure.
