Position
Rightsline is looking for a driven Team Manager to lead the BDR Team in Toronto. This leader will manage an existing team of Business Development Representatives responsible for generating outbound interest and qualifying interest for our go-to-market teams, with the opportunity to further build and scale the size of the team with the growth of the business. As the Manager of our Business Development (BDR) Team, you will be responsible for the productivity and career development of a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs). Our BDRs conduct cold outreach to generate interest in Rightsline and this role will provide the BDRs with strategic guidance and mentorship on how to generate interest, qualify and sell Rightsline to prospects. This position will partner closely with the Sales Leadership Team to collaborate on account strategies, while consistently achieving monthly quotas at the team level.
We’re looking for someone with proven success in past sales leadership/management roles including achieving/exceeding individual and team quotas, experience hiring and mentoring exceptional BDRs, experience with technology sales, and an understanding of the value of strong customer relationships within a sales process. Applicants should have a growth mindset and be excited to work collaboratively across the revenue organization.
