Business Support Coordinator (Consulting)

The Opportunity:
  • As a Business Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in delivering operational activities and supporting the implementation of strategic priorities to support business outcomes.


Day to day you will:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the seamless functioning of the Consulting division.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Organise and manage diaries (when required), scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Play an active role in event management, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Preparation of documents, presentations, and supporting materials for our teams
  • Work closely with the broader Business Support function to deliver high-quality work efficiently and effectively.


What you'll bring to the team:
  • Ideally 2 years of previous experience in an administrative capacity supporting senior stakeholders in a corporate environment.
  • Supporting 8 Personal Assistants when required and relieving them when away.
  • Microsoft PowerPoint experience required.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle 'curve balls' with ease.


KPMG New Zealand has a summer shutdown period from the 20th December 2024 to the 13th January 2025 (inclusive). During this time, please expect a delay in response to any new applications. Most recruitment processes will commence interviewing in February 2025.
