The opportunity:
  • KPMG New Zealand seeks a passionate Industry Driver for the Corporates and Financial Services sector. This role involves developing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and supporting our firm's success. You will collaborate with the National Industry Lead to execute strategic plans and achieve goals.


Day to day you will:
  • Lead and support client relationship management, business development, and sales origination activities.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Client Lead Partners, Partners, Directors, and other business development professionals across the firm.
  • Develop and implement Corporates and Financial Services industry strategies and plans to enhance our brand, reputation, and business contribution.
  • Maintain a recognized public profile in the NZ market by participating in industry events and presenting on relevant topics.
  • Provide leadership in developing sector content, identifying industry trends, and leveraging KPMG's global thought leadership.
  • Support the development and management of staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.


What you'll bring to our team:
  • A relevant tertiary qualification and 8+ years of experience in professional services.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the Corporates and Financial Services sector.
  • Proven track record of creating and sustaining strong client relationships and generating business results.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Strategic thinking and a focus on achieving goals.
