About the Brand

We are bringing a globally renowned K-pop Idol ambassador beauty brand to Malaysia! As we prepare for an exciting launch, we are looking for a passionate Promoter-Merchandiser to support our retail and promotional efforts at top Beauty & Health stores (e.g., Watsons and Guardian).

This role is perfect for someone who loves makeup, understands the beauty retail landscape in Malaysia, and enjoys engaging with customers while ensuring strong merchandising execution.

✔ 2+ years of experience in promoting makeup brands (K-beauty experience is a big plus!).
✔ Familiar with retail channels like Watsons, Guardian, and beauty counters.
✔ Passionate about makeup trends, color cosmetics, and customer engagement.
✔ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to conduct makeup demos confidently.
✔ Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) & Malay (spoken) to connect with local customers.
✔ Able to work independently and visit retail locations regularly.

Role & Responsibilities

🛍 Product & Inventory Management

• Coordinate product listings, pricing, and promotions for Watsons, Guardian, and e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability in retail stores.
• Collaborate with logistics teams to manage stock replenishment.

🏬 Retail Execution & Visual Merchandising

• Ensure products are displayed according to planograms and promotional themes.
• Work with the marketing team to align in-store displays with digital campaigns.
• Conduct regular store visits to track product placement, customer feedback, and competitor activity.

🎤 Promotions & Customer Engagement

• Act as a brand ambassador, engaging with customers to introduce products and drive sales.
• Conduct mini makeup demos to showcase hero products and trending K-beauty looks.
• Educate customers on product benefits and help them find the perfect shades.
• Gather customer feedback to improve marketing and sales strategies.
