The Role

Step into the world of talent intelligence and mapping as our new Talent Acquisition Sourcer. With an appetite to look for the best talent through active sourcing, you’ll dive deep into data, research markets, and uncover insights to build and nurture pipelines of exceptional talent. With your creativity and initiative, you will lead sourcing campaigns, reimagine recruitment strategies, and shape processes that drive results. Your mission? To create a standout talent pool filled with credible, skilled candidates ready to thrive at Laminar.

With a team of five skilled recruiters and one, talented sourcer, we’re expanding to build an even stronger sourcing powerhouse. Your top 5 responsibilities 

1. Leverage data and insights to proactively identify top-tier candidates for Consultancy, Software, and Operations teams. 

2. Build lasting relationships with potential candidates by understanding their career aspirations and strategically aligning them with future opportunities. 

3. Collaborate with business leaders to understand their hiring needs and tailor sourcing strategies accordingly. 

4. Conduct in-depth market research to identify talent trends, emerging skills, and candidate availability as we expand into new regions. 

5. Design and implement creative sourcing initiatives that stand out in the competitive talent market. 

Your Capabilities 

You are a proven Sourcing Expert with a keen eye for talent and a strategic mindset, to drive our mission to find, attract and hire the best talent in the industry. 

As a Dynamic Talent Acquisition Sourcer at Laminar, an ideal candidate will have the following key traits:   

- Talent detective skills for finding hidden gems using innovative sourcing techniques. 

- Data-Driven mindset, where turning numbers into actionable insights is second nature to you. 

- Creative thinking, to a point where your fresh perspectives keep sourcing strategies ahead of the curve. 

- Building relationships comes to you naturally and you easily create meaningful connections with candidates and internal stakeholders alike.
