As an Account Manager in Sales, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and managing existing client relationships in the B2B space. You will take ownership of the full sales cycle – from lead generation through to closing deals – while working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless process for our clients. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable with both prospecting and guiding complex deals through the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation and Prospecting: Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities by prospecting and generating leads within target markets. Use a variety of sales strategies, including cold calling, networking, and referrals, to build a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- Sales Strategy Development: Work closely with senior leadership to develop tailored sales strategies that align with both client needs and company goals.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers within your accounts. Act as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process, ensuring that clients are informed, engaged, and satisfied.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee and guide all deals through the sales pipeline, from initial contact to closing. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and proactive communication with potential clients.
- Product Knowledge & Custom Solutions: Become an expert in our custom audio-visual solutions, understanding the technology, features, and benefits in depth to effectively present and recommend tailored solutions to prospective clients.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring that deals are structured in a way that benefits both the client and the company. Close deals efficiently and effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration & Teamwork: Collaborate with the marketing, technical, and project management teams to ensure seamless project handoffs and delivery of services.

- Sales Reporting & Metrics: Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and forecasts to management. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.
Qualifications - Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in a technical or custom solutions-based environment (audio-visual, IT, or similar industries).
- Strong ability to generate and cultivate new leads while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Deep understanding of the sales process, from prospecting and proposal generation to closing deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to understand complex audio-visual solutions and translate technical features into clear benefits for clients.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tracking/reporting.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- A technical background or an understanding of audio-visual systems is highly desirable but not required.
