We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager with strong experience in trade show management and event planning to join our team at a leading vitamin and supplement manufacturing company. This role will focus on developing and executing marketing strategies, managing our presence at trade shows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to elevate the brand's visibility in the health and wellness industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the vitamin and supplement market, along with expertise in trade show management, event planning, and marketing communications.
Responsibilities- Trade Show Management: Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of the company’s participation in national and international trade shows, conferences, and industry events. This includes booth design, logistics, staffing, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up.
- Event Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive event marketing strategies that align with company goals, target audience, and brand positioning. Drive lead generation and customer engagement through trade show and event participation.
- Brand Promotion: Ensure the company’s brand identity and messaging are consistently represented across all trade shows, conferences, and marketing materials. Work closely with creative teams to develop engaging content and booth displays that resonate with the audience.
- Lead Generation & Networking: Manage pre-event outreach and post-event lead follow-up. Build relationships with industry professionals, influencers, and potential clients at trade shows and events to expand the company’s network and increase business opportunities.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage trade show and event budgets, ensuring all activities are executed within financial guidelines while maximizing ROI. Track and report on event performance metrics, including lead generation, attendance, and overall brand exposure.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on trade show objectives, product offerings, and customer engagement.
- Market Research & Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new marketing techniques. Use this knowledge to make recommendations for event participation and marketing initiatives to maintain the company’s competitive edge.
- Promotional Material Development: Collaborate with design and content teams to create and distribute promotional materials such as brochures, product samples, and giveaways that align with trade show objectives and company branding.
Requirements- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years of experience managing trade shows and events, preferably in the vitamin, supplement, or health and wellness industry.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the vitamin and supplement manufacturing industry, including trends, regulations, and competitive landscape. Familiarity with product positioning and market segmentation within this sector is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events and deadlines simultaneously. Proven track record of successfully organizing and executing trade shows and marketing campaigns.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders, customers, and team members. Strong presentation skills are also essential.
- Creativity and Innovation: Ability to think creatively to design impactful trade show booths, marketing materials, and strategies that capture attention and drive engagement.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess trade show effectiveness, track metrics, and report on ROI. Ability to use data to improve strategies and decision-making.
