• Strategic Sourcing & Procurement
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to optimize costs, improve quality, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers in alignment with company goals and compliance standards.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable agreements.
• Supplier Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure collaboration and performance.
• Monitor supplier performance and address issues related to quality, delivery, and pricing.
• Market Analysis & Cost Optimization
• Conduct market research to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in the oil, gas, or mining sectors.
• Analyze cost drivers and implement initiatives to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency.
• Data Management & Reporting
• Utilize SAP and Excel to manage procurement data, track performance metrics, and generate reports.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, supplier agreements, and purchase orders.
• Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support
• Partner with engineering, operations, and finance teams to align sourcing activities with business objectives.
• Support inventory management and demand planning to meet project requirements.
• Compliance & Risk Management
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain to safeguard business continuity.
