Key responsibilities:

Leads.io is actively seeking a Business Development Manager to join our vibrant and innovative team. If you're an Business Development Manager with a knack for forging strong business relationships and driving growth, we want you on board. This role is pivotal to our expansion in the French market, and we are looking for someone who can seamlessly integrate into our energetic work environment. 

Other responsibilities are:

  • Play a crucial role in growing our presence in the French market by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
  • Consultative selling
  • Prospecting & hunting new business opportunities
  • Confidently negotiate terms and close deals to drive revenue growth.
  • Bring new partners into the Marketplace division of Leads.io, enhancing our service offerings and market reach.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with clients to grow your book of business and ensure long-term partnerships.

Your qualifications

  • You love selling and have a growth mindset
  • You speak both French and English at a professional level
  • A hunter with a glass-half-full mentality
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
  • Cold outreach
  • Enthusiastic to learn
  • Consultative sales cycle
  • A people person who loves to engage with colleagues and work as part of a team
