You’ll play a pivotal role in developing and executing content strategies that establish LearnUpon as a thought leader and trusted authority in the learning technology space. Reporting to the Manager of Corporate Marketing, you’ll create compelling written content, engaging video materials, and impactful social media campaigns that build brand awareness, resonate with our target audience, and drive LearnUpon’s overall marketing goals forward.

What will I be doing?

  • Craft Compelling Written Content: You’ll create a variety of written content—like blog posts, guides, and case studies—designed to inform, inspire, and support our audience
  • Create Engaging Video Content: You’ll lead video initiatives, from planning and scripting to production. From customer success stories to expert webinars, you’ll help us showcase the power of LearnUpon through video

  • Keep the Content Calendar on Track: You’ll manage a comprehensive content calendar, keeping everything aligned and on schedule, ensuring we’re delivering valuable content consistently
  • Optimize for SEO: You’ll use SEO best practices to maximize content visibility and reach, helping us attract the right audiences organically
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partnering with teams across LearnUpon—like product marketing, demand generation, sales, and customer success—you’ll ensure that our content is aligned with our messaging and supports our shared goals
  • Track and Optimize Performance: You’ll monitor and analyze content performance, sharing insights and optimizing based on what’s working. Your insights will shape future content and drive continuous improvement
  • Stay Close to Our Audience: Through research and insights, you’ll understand our audience’s needs and challenges, helping ensure our content is always relevant and valuable

What skills do I need?

  • 4+ years of content marketing experience with a track record of creating content that drives results
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with experience in both written and video content creation
  • A knack for social media management, with a solid understanding of best practices for each platform
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and content management systems (CMS), as well as experience with video production and social media analytics
  • Strong organizational and project management skills—you’re comfortable juggling multiple priorities and keeping projects on track
  • A data-driven mindset that thrives on using insights to drive improvements

Don’t worry if you don’t tick every box in order to apply, we’re always happy to review applications and take all experience into consideration. We do our best to provide feedback where we can!
