Founded in 2014, Ledger is the global platform for digital assets and Web3. Over 20% of the world’s crypto assets are secured through our Ledger Nanos. Headquartered in Paris and Vierzon, with offices in UK, US, Switzerland and Singapore, Ledger has a team of more than 500 professionals developing a variety of products and services to enable individuals and companies to securely buy, store, swap, grow and manage crypto assets – including the Ledger hardware wallets line with more than 6 millions units already sold in 200 countries.

• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers.
• Be a strong advocate for shift-left testing and early validation.
• Champion test automation, reducing reliance on manual testing.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering managers to implement and improve testing practices.
• Develop comprehensive test plans with maximum functional and non-functional coverage.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement robust preventive test strategies.
• Maintain a strong focus of quality KPIs
• Design and maintain automated tests to improve coverage and reliability as necessary.
• Work with E2E and API automation frameworks, partnering with the SDET team.

• 5+ years of experience in developing and implementing Quality assurance and test design strategies.
• Expertise in test automation frameworks (Playwright, Detox, Selenium).
• Proven leadership in defining and implementing quality processes across SDLC.
• Experience leading and mentoring a QA team (3+ members).
• Solid software development skills.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English 
• ISTQB certification & Experience in blockchain product testing are a plus
