POSITION- The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing personal attention to every home owner through phone, email, and text.
- You will be working closely with the Sales team to support the home owner from start to finish with care, compassion, and empathy.
- Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and team-focused.
RESPONSIBILITIES - You will be the primary contact with our customers from the day we're hired until project completion.
- Thorough documenting of each conversation with our customers.
- Updating key team players and monitoring the progression of the file/job.
- There will also be some administrative duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS- Bilingual in English & Spanish.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional self-awareness and accountability.
- Sharp problem-solving skills paired with a proactive mindset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Strong computer processing skills and the ability to adapt to new programs.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and other basic programs.
- Construction experience and product knowledge preferred.

$24 - $26.50 an hour
Training for this position will be two weeks on-site, at hour office in Plymouth, MN (costs will be covered by the company)
