The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists to join LegalVision’s Legal team in our Manchester office.

We are looking for a strong 3-5 PQE Lawyer to join our highly successful Corporate practice group, with a predominant focus on M&A and capital raising. 

You will work alongside a team of exceptional lawyers as well as our Growth, Tech and Marketing teams to deliver quality work and an exceptional experience to every client you interact with. We act for an incredibly diverse client base, helping them with a broad range of needs including sale and purchase of businesses, shareholder agreements, capital raising, share buy-backs, business structuring, loans and corporate governance.

Our M&A and capital raising practice is growing, and this position is ideal for a mid-level lawyer with M&A specialisation and broad corporate law expertise. You should have experience in efficiently managing workflows and projects in a fast paced, high volume environment, and effectively communicating with clients.

The Ideal Candidate

• Experienced: At least 3 years of corporate law experience in a reputable law firm, with a specific focus on M&A.
• Attentive: Brilliant attention to detail - nothing ever slips through the cracks.
• Efficient: Prioritises effectively, focuses on what matters and works productively.
• Commercial: Demonstrates business acumen and cares about business growth (including helping to grow LegalVision further).
• Collaborative: Gets a kick out of working with smart, fun and passionate people and learning from them. Ideally someone who can come into our Manchester office, but hybrid working opportunities available.
• Adaptable: Grasps new concepts quickly, improves every day and goes with the flow.
• Service Orientated: Loves assisting clients and providing an amazing experience.
• Optimistic: Sees the best in situations, is solutions focused and never gives up.
