As a Talent Partner at Tripco, you'll be the driving force behind our early-stage employee journey, ensuring seamless experiences from the first candidate touchpoint through to first day. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for all things recruitment, with a primary focus on high-volume operational roles. You’ll work closely with our People Operations Specialist and hiring managers to attract, engage, and onboard the best talent in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment: Manage the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and managing offer letters.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events with a focus on operational talent pools.
- Hiring Manager Partnership: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide market insights, and guide them through effective recruitment processes.
- Candidate Experience: Deliver exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience through clear, timely communication, smooth interview coordination, and thoughtful touchpoints.
- Onboarding Support: Partner with People Operations to support the onboarding process, including facilitating pre-boarding tasks, documentation, system access, and coordinating first-day readiness.
- Candidate Support: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to recruitment and onboarding, providing professional and timely responses.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment processes, ensuring consistency in workflows and compliance with hiring best practices.
- Feedback: Establish and manage feedback loops with candidates, new hires, and hiring managers to improve our recruitment and onboarding processes continuously.
- Process Optimisation: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve recruitment processes, leveraging technology where appropriate to increase efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 - 3 years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Talent Consultant, or similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully filling diverse roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems with a strong understanding of modern recruitment tools and platforms. HRIS software exposure is a plus!
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Fluency in Afrikaans and English - you'll assess candidates' proficiency in both languages.
- Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and attract passive candidates through multiple channels.
- Ability to maintain a positive and respectful candidate experience throughout the process.
- Highly organised, able to handle multiple priorities, and coordinate recruitment timelines.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across various departments.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
