Intermediate Human Resources Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intermediate Human Resources Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with service line leaders and HR teams to execute HR programs and initiatives
• Analyze HR opportunities and recommend sound, actionable solutions
• Support system-wide HR projects, including performance management, succession planning, and talent acquisition

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of relevant HR experience, including program execution and project support
• Experience working within a matrix organization and complex environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations (FLSA, COBRA, ADA, FMLA, etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
