Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll & Benefits Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor Workday notifications and assist with payroll processing and audits
  • Audit benefits-related data and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Serve as a liaison between employees and plan administrators regarding payroll and benefits inquiries
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required
  • 5+ years of experience in employee benefits administration required
  • 4+ years of experience in payroll administration and HRIS systems required
  • Professional certification preferred (e.g., CPP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP)
  • Experience with Workday and OneSource Virtual preferred
