Seeking Receptionist who ideally has at least 2-3 years of experience working in a professional office environment.
Well-spoken individual who will be responsible to meet and greet clients, manage conference rooms (i.e., schedule rooms, make sure rooms are presentable before each meeting and help with zoom when needed).
Order supplies and keep supply rooms organized.
Will support several Senior and Junior employees with expenses, travel, calendar, meetings and catering.
Knowledge in Outlook, Concur and booking domestic/international travel.
Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills. Must dress professionally.
