Job Description

Join our dynamic Customer Service Team and play a key role in managing customer orders across multiple sectors and channels! In this exciting position, you’ll ensure seamless order processing, handle inquiries in German, Polish, and English, and collaborate with tech and sales teams to meet customer needs. 

Your work will be essential in delivering outstanding service from order placement to payment. Plus, with our hybrid work model, you’ll enjoy the flexibility of working both from home and our Łomianki office.

Your Impact as a German-Speaking Customer Service Executive 
Here’s how you’ll make a difference: 

  • Order Management: Efficiently process and track customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate system entry while supporting On Time In Full (OTIF) delivery goals 
  • Customer Engagement: Act as a key point of contact, managing inquiries and interactions across various channels with professionalism and efficiency 
  • Service Excellence: Proactively resolve customer queries and oversee Service Cloud Case management, ensuring quick and effective resolutions 
  • Data Accuracy: Maintain up-to-date records by running end-of-day reports and ensuring promised delivery dates are met 
  • Language Requirement: Fluency in German is essential for this role, along with proficiency in English and Polish 

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in administrative and customer service roles 
  • Ability to efficiently handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German, English, and Polish 
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset 
  • Friendly, professional, and solution-oriented communication style 
  • Strong attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
