Your Mission
As a Sales Development Representative at Lightrun, you’ll:
  • Build and manage a pipeline of interested prospects to support our sales team.
  • Generate leads and establish relationships by nurturing warm prospects and identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Develop a daily outreach plan, including calls, emails, and follow-ups with potential leads.
  • Present product information tailored to customer needs, aligning our solutions with their challenges.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to ensure a seamless handoff for qualified opportunities.
  • Track and report on progress through our CRM, ensuring transparency and accountability.
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in SaaS.
  • A proven track record of engaging with CIOs/VP Engineering/Engineering leaders.
  • A strong work ethic, self-drive, and the ability to execute end-to-end processes.
  • A passion for cold calling and persistence in connecting with prospects, even when it’s challenging.
  • Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to exceed goals.
Bonus Points For:
  • Familiarity with or interest in learning about software development and developer tools.
  • Experience with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, or ZoomInfo.
