About the Role
Lightship is looking for a Digital Marketer for our team that can turn data into relationships, contacts into customers, prospects into contacts, and help us act/be/feel genuinely connected 1-to-1 with our audiences.
You will help set the strategy and directly manage the efforts and results, working as part of the broader marketing, brand and commercial teams. You bring solid data and analytics experience, mastery of CRM tools (we use HubSpot), strong written communication skills, and at least have an appreciation and understanding for a brand-enhancing approach to connecting and converting.
Led by our Marketing Director, you’ll contribute to the planning of objectives against product, customer, marketing & sales moments that make the calendar through the year. Elevating our direct-to-consumer connection and delivering compelling journeys through email - automation, initiative, brand, etc.
Lightship launched the AE.1 in December 2024, going into production summer 2025. So, you’ll be joining at a very early stage, so everything you do matters and can help define how we work to best connect, tell and sell the product and the vision for the brand. We’re a small team, scaling up currently, but we’re all working across the opportunities of the business. In this case, we’re wanting someone that will lead us with email but also can help us extend and reach new audiences with performance marketing management and spend.
